Just got new rig and IV: What mods should i get?

It's not the best rig, but for $1300 i got a I7-920/9GB DDR Ram/GTX 460 (2GB Zotac version) and during the game's benchmark with everything maxed @1080p, im getting 48-50fps and with shadows to medium(all else maxed) it gets 58-60fps. (in game play average 24 hr cycle averages about 30fps, with all maxed, including shadows on very high, and 40+ with shadows on high)

 

Anyway, about the game, now that i'm enjoying the heck out of it in reg. unmodded settings(i got sick of the 360 and ps3 version's being blurry and low res) maxed out, i seen the youtube vid's of mods such as enb and reality..ect, that really improve the graphics a good measure, it seems. Also the FP on foot and in car dashboard look sweet as well.

 

What's the best mods..can i combine them all?, and since i have patch 1.06, will these work? (if not, how do i go back to patch 1.04?)

Oh..btw, do those mods work with EFLC or just vanilla iv?

I'm using the native trainer, some new cars and realistic handling. You should search for those. I'm tempted to put in a weapons pack and atmosphere/weather tweaks someday.

IVAsiLoader (necessity)

Xliveless (optional if you encounter errors)

ScriptHook (necessity)

Simple Native Trainer (fun/optional)

SparkIV (tool for custom content)

Realistic Driving&Flying (new handling for everything/optional)
