I used a handling editor, called GTA IV HANDLING EDITOR (Makes no sense why the guy called it that? xD) And i heard playing multi player with it on would get me banned... and i don't wanna get banned. So when i go to the bypass/backup menu there are three "thingeys" saying Handling.dat = file is original Files.txt = file is modified Filelist.pak = file is modified Will those setting get me banned? Fnugie984 Posted December 3, 2010 Author Share Posted December 3, 2010 (edited) Oh yeah and since this could not fill a hole topic, i got a bug i guess. when i go to computer and select GTA IV from discdrive there comes a screen up. with two options i know wich 1 to choose but it is written in some strange language? can't reade it and on one of the options there is not even any text. BAH! But the one above is more important!!!!!! I see players using a tool which is only good for annoying/crashing other players, R* still doesn't give a crap. And if you modify your files, the only thing that will happen to you, is that you won't be able to join non-modded servers (where the host doesn't have any kinds of mod). Feel free to use ANY kind of mods, EXCEPT for car skins / car models (new car models crash other people online). Just make sure you make backup of your files. I go in to the infernus and add a new colour ( Infernus = Lambo like car - which means that there should at least be a orange and yellow colour ) infernus, 0,0,63, 0,0,59, 33,33,27 46,46,127, 6,6,8, 49,49,59, 59,59,127, 88,88,124, 62,62,63, 22,22,64, 145,115,71, # The highlighted colour is a yellow which i put in, but when i save the file it is writing protected (i think that is what it is called in english) Til dig danskeren er det skrivebeskyttet - how do i change it? Sku godt der er nogen der kan finde ud af den slags! x) Når jeg så gemmer det, siger den C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data\carcols.dat kan ikke oprettes kontroller blablabla...
