OnionCracker
Okay, so when I bought GTA IV and GTA IV: Episodes From Liberty City, they were running perfectly (With low settings.) When I completed all three games, I uninstalled them because I needed some room on my comp. Recently, I thought it would be a good idea to install them again. So, I did it. At first I installed GTA IV. It ran smoothly. Then I installed EFLC and there's where it all started. So, I install the game, open it, patch it (Via. GFWL), launch the game, and start playing. And here is the problem: It lags. It lags as hell... I am quite surprised because, when I played it before (About a year ago) it ran fine and smootly (With low settings), but now it lags... I tried to reinstall it, didn't work. I even reinstalled it with GTA IV, but still no sign of working. I even tried updating my graphic driver, but no. Could you please help me, if it's possible. And don't say anything about my specs being low (I know they are) and everything because, it ran perfectly about a year ago. mkey82
EFLC was released less then 8 months ago. Restore your PC into the state it was at the time and everything should work normally.

I don't remember what was different. And I haven't changed any hardware (Graphics card, Processor etc.) Also, I have a laptop, if that changes anything. Girish
You can use System Restore to go back to the state your PC was in at the time the game worked fine. Also, which patch have you installed? If it's the latest patch, try rolling back to the previous patch and see if it makes any difference. I'm assuming you're running the game at low settings. mkey82
I was being sarcastic, obviously you can't restore the system it was in years back. GTAIV/EFLC is very sensitive and many times it minds any little change in your OS. It's hard to tell what ticked it off in your case.
