Xmas themed sig

Hey, ok so basically I would like this sig

but with fairy lights sorta draped over the letters and if possible animated so the lights turn on an off so they sorta look like this

or this

and if possible a transparent background

 

 

but actually turn off and on in a round rather than just a glow around the shape, if you don't know what I mean exactly just ask thanks

Can't seem to create a good animation without the timeline, also can't make it transparent

Is there some sort of forum code that allows 2 images and it shows one and then after a page refresh shows the other? co's I'm loving both of these so a I guess sig rotater. I doubt it exists, but it should do
