Tbogt PS3 Role play

This is a role play for GTA IV The balled of gay tony PS3. All you have to do in order to join the is simply create a character stating his first and second name, job if you have one, the gang you in if you are in one and the location of your house and again if you own one.

Character creation:

That is what you have to do in order to start playing with us:

- Name - your chracters first and second name

- House - where your chracter lives, unless he is a hobo with no house.

- Job - what job is he doing

- Hobbies - just something your character like to do'

 

Houses:

Players can own houses, they can share houses with other players. Houses are good to relax and are also a safe hideout.

 

Gangs:

Gangs are great for people seeking protection, power and respect. They are dangerous and do not hesitate to kill, so be carefull with them. People that notice any crime made by the gangs or other players please inform members of the LCPD.

 

Gangs own turf, thats were you will see them most of the time just hanging around. Gangs can buy land and make it their turf, but this will cost 1000$, so choose carefuly, there is an alternative way of earning turf. Gang Wars is a good, but hard way to take turf. With gang wars, gangs can attack each other, then settle a time and place were they will meat for rthe fight. Fight can be with any weapons the gang wants, even with bare hands. Once a player gets killed he has to stay away until the gang war is finished, who ever won it keeps the turf and also earns 500$.

 

Gangs are:

The Mafia - They control the Airport district

The Bloodz - They contol West Dyke

The North Holland hustlers - They control north holland

You can make up your gang or choose one of these

 

Crimes

 

Crimes can be performed by anyone, but be ware the cops will show up and try to catch or kill the criminals.Every robbery gets $1000 to each participant. To perform a robbery players have to kill every ped inside the building. If they make it safe to the Airport then they have the money, if a cop catched them or kills them then they fail the mission. Also once the crime has been done, post it on here so I know, or send me a message.

 

Jobs:

Restaurant manager ---any fast food restaurants around the city ---each will generate 500$ a week for the boss

Gang member/boss ---roberies, drug deals, blackmailing etc ---generates money on the type of crime they do

Police force --- devided in: LCPD officer, LCPD chief, Air force, NOOSE.--- generates 1000$ a week

Hobo --- owns no house and has no job --- LIVE FREE!!!!

Taxi driver --- yellow cabs --- generates as much as he gets paid.

Drug Dealer --- Sells Drugs

* More jobs will be added once more people join.

 

Police and Arresting:

If a police officer saw you performing any type of crime then he has the right to arrest you, if you start shooting at him, he has the right to kill you. Remember getting arrested is not good, but better than getting killed. Once arrested you have to get into the police car and the officer will drive you to jail or prison. Policemen can decide for how long they will keep you in prison. Watch out tho, there are some dirty cops out there that might just use you for their own benefit.

 

LIBERTY CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT - OFFENSE RULES / PROCEDURE

 

Speeding Offenses

 

Warning 1. Give him a fine but keep him at the Roadside until you have filled out the criminal template on the LCPD data base web.

 

Warning 2. At the roadside Call for backup and when another Officer arrives get him to destroy the car while you escort the criminal to the Alderney Jail for about 15 mins and give him a fine.

 

Warning 3. When you have caught someone speeding for a third time then take him to jail, destroy his car, give him a huge fine and ban him from driving 3 weeks.

 

Fire Arms Offenses

When a criminal has a gun you should be wary and approach with caution. if he gives himself up then give him warning 1 but if he runs or drives away then persue him for a while a ram him. If he still does not give himself up and is a risk to the citizens then open fire on the suspect.

 

Warning 1. Straight to jail, fine if he is driving a car then call for backup and get an officier to drive his car to the jail and let him have it once his sentence is over.

 

Hospitals

Everytime you get killed you will respawn again, this will have a cost of course, after each death players will pay 25$ for their medical bill. Please note down how many times you died and then tell me so I will renew your budget.

 

Rules:

- Do not swear or shout at other members

- Do not kill for fun or randomly, thats why there is deathmatch

2009: Bought into the club 'Prestorika' with a close friend Rodrigo. Successfully managed the club until ...

2010: Nightlife hits Liberty City. Prestorika goes bankrupt from lack of business. Clubs spring up all around Liberty City. The new scene is incredibly successful until the residents of the city turn against it, burning down all clubs in the area. Matt 'X' and Rodrigo go back to Prestorika to fix it up.

2011: Prestorika is still under repairs for a December 25th Opening.

Just to throw my cents in on the whole GTA situation too, I feel the roleplay was a bigger success when we were using the regular IV as we didn't have people trying to vapourise us in Buzzards all the time or firing grenades everywhere. Whilst we can try to monitor the use of these weapons, I don't think we have a sufficient enough group to monitor every helipad.

So I think we should take it back to IV Normal as the roleplay was a lot more fun then; we could speak to each other using R2 and it was just generally a better vibe when playing it.

As I say though, I am not the person who makes the rules here, I just hope it gets taken into consideration as I don't want tbogt to be detrimental to our roleplays like last time which in turn, caused the group to disband.

 

I will also try to play and get involved as much as I can, but currently, I am enrolled on a software and games development course at college which is quite demanding.

I'd say we alternate between IV and TBOGT. I think we need tougher rules and restrictions on weapons and vehicles ie no Buzzard but the APC can be used in emergencies. I've messaged the other guys. We need Ash back because he was a good enforcer. Also we need to get weapon dealers so that we can't just pick up weapons and have an advantage. I think another good idea is to only be able to carry 2 weapons at once to make it more realistic. We also should get vehicle dealers so that were not stealing cars too much and by adding a Taxi service could work to. These are just my ideas so

I think we should use Nicks idea regarding IV and Tbogt.

 

I think that the only vehicle that should be banned is the Buzzard but as Nick said the APC can be used in emergencies.

 

Btw yeah we should try to get Ash back but I have taken his job now lol

Job: LCPD Commissioner (Head Of LCPD), Works At Police Sation On Topaz St, Algonguin, Or patrolling the streets of Liberty City.

 

Car: LCPD Police Stinger.

 

House: Enterable House on Iroquois Ave, Broker.

 

Hobbies: Collecting Guns, Driving High Perfomance Cars/Police Cars, Traning Officers.

 

Background: In 1997 after realising that he was getting underpaid, Henry K. Lassade tranfered, after 5 years in force, from Las Venturas Police Deparment To LCPD. He had to leave his family and memories behind in San Andreas in a hope that one day, he will have enough money to buy a house on Shinne Cook Ave, where he and his family can live there life, together as a family once again. Since early 1997, Henry K. Lassade has worked hard enough to rank up to Police Commissioner. Now with the force at his fingertips and 17 years of experience under he's belt, he aims get in with the action on the streets to push harder than ever to fight crime in the hope one day the Lassades will be reunited.

Background: Isaiah never liked it in Vice City. His brother was getting caught up in the wrong sort of things and he had no money and was in extreme debt. One night, as Isaiah and his family were settling down for Thanksgiving dinner, there was a knock on the door. Isaiah answered. When he opened the door an unknown man shot Isaiah in the chest and proceeded to kill his brother and leave. As Isaiah tried to stand flames began seeping underneath the door. Isaiah crawled out of back door and walked to the nearest hospital. He knew that nobody would take him in with the massive debt he owed. Nor did he have a family to rely on anymore. With the rest of his brothers money he bought a couple pairs of clothes and a plane ticket. He finally managed to rake up enough money in fight clubs and selling "used vehicles" to buy himself a place. He is deaf in his left ear and is 25 years old.

I for one, am up for just GTA IV. It would be hard having both because of open houses / building are different in each one.

And I think ak and m4 is better than the mg. The rpg is better then the grenade launcher and the mp5k and mini uzi are less powered more smg then the p90 and the gold uzi. Also the glock pistol and normal shotguns are better too. Not better in statwise for these guns, but in real life you dont see robbers with mgs and gold uzis. Anyway the cars are better too. Ill make a character later.
