Response to group Buzzard domination?

Just wasted 1:30 minutes of my life on TBOGT getting killed by two Buzzard retards after one snuck up and rocket noobed me for no reason, I was just messing around at street level in the city, shooting cars and civilians etc. After respawn another noob turned up and joined in. My piloting skill didn't matter for s**t since whenever I got remotely close to a chopper they seemed to explode in a shower of bullets and rockets. After the game in my frustration I thought of all the things I tried and the way I reacted then thought how many others out there go through that on TBOGT?

So I made this poll.

 

 

Please make your choice based on the information below. Circumstances are the same as the game I was just in.

 

SETUP:

 

Free Mode

Auto-aim: On

Weapons: All

Spawn Area: Algonguin

Police: Off

Vehicles: Medium

Weather: Clear/Midday

Blips: All

 

SCENARIO:

 

Your just messing around ingame minding your own business.

Two or more players in Buzzards appear and decide to endlessly kill you!

When you respawn there seem to rarely be any vehicles near you, despite LC have a population in the millions!

Other players don't seem to care about your peril and decide to occasionally kill you at ground level if your near them.

 

Enemy pilot skill level:

Knows to use health packs when wounded.

Moderate chopper control (hover under bridges, fly under bridges).

1st person aiming with miniguns.

No sense of aim with the rockets.

Aware of Auto-aim weapon ranges - always maintains a good distance.

ALWAYS fires both rockets and miniguns, except when it would kill him (e.g. landed).

Run for cover (inside a building) and wait for them to give up or try to bring them down every now and then.

Your poll options are a bit limiting. As the other two said, go for cover, but who can be bothered sending messages ...?

 

Also, get the f___ out of auto-aim. There's your problem right there.

Sorry for missing the option out. Just paste your option into the post if it isn't in the list, I just want to get an idea as to the general reaction people take when noobs go to work on you in a Buzzard.

no offense, but none of your options are a good way to handle the situation in my opinion.

and I love it when people wanna dominate the playground with a Buzzard. Usually (if the others aren't complete morons) everyone on the ground teams up against them...and even if not and you have to fight your way alone:

 

ALGONQUIN:

please, just get a fukcing bike and drive through the small alleys, get some explosive ammo (shotty, sniper rifle, sticky bombs,...) and then take them down. shouldn't be too hard.

 

you can easily go up onto these high towers, wait for them Buzzards to come up too and even blow them up with the grenade launcher.

 

..let alone you have AUTO AIM on...I mean, despite I hate auto-aim...but with an M4 and auto-aim on, Buzzard pilots are not privileged anymore.

get a saw and explosive sniper and explosive shotgun, get on the roof, you got a good shot of killing them

I completely understand what your saying and I don't mean to anyone who jumps in a Buzzard becomes God. But the way you describe it I think your assuming these Buzzard pilots are total morons. The scenario I described in my starting post states that the pilots know how to fly just that they are VERY trigger happy on the rockets. Also you speak as though there is only one Buzzard after you.

 

Again please don't think that i'm saying these arsewipes are gods, they can be killed and they are gonna make mistakes such as stray into AA range every one in a while. Even though i'm virtually paranoid about AA when i'm piloting I get caught out by an M4 or machine gun.

 

Just bear in mind:

 

IF you kill ONE the others are gonna cover and help him to the nearest Buzzard.

You spawn with a pistol.

Multiplayer vehicle spawning is somewhat....flawed at times, respawn with no car AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE!!!!

Their just gonna fly away to a HP if you wound them.

There not AA ignorant morons like most "pilots".

Your gonna get screen shaked like a bitch!

 

Basically, your screwed. You are one they are many and as long as they keep attacking you your gameplay experience is gonna be sh*t. Unless you get some other players in the game on your side. I mean who turns on their games console thinking "I'm gonna go online to get endlessly sh*t on by noobs in overpowered rocket spamming helicopters."

I know it takes time if the pilots are skilled. And it gets worse when there are two or more. When they keep killing you over and over they just wanna break your will. They want you to get upset and leave the room. (and send them a hate mail)

 

What you can do to upset them: don't send a hate mail, don't leave and keep on trying to kill them, it's already enough if you take them down one time cuz they know they're in the privileged position.

 

I can only repeat myself with the Auto-aim shouldn't it be too hard.

I did it without autoaim, in Algonquin there are plenty of spots where they can't hit you...between these alleys in the middle or in the middle-pedestrian way on the algonquin bridge, etc.
