Why would you want to do that?

 

In case you just want to be able to load v2 savefiles, all you have to do is copy the v2 script files to the script folder and replace your v1 script files with them.

 

You can use rubregg's Easy Script Switcher to switch between v1 and v2 script files.

I don't have a working download link for v2 script files. I'm in office right now, so I won't be able to give you my v2 script files until tomorrow. In the meantime, I hope someone else can provide you with a working link.

 

The rubregg's script switcher topic that I have linked you to provides a detailed explanation on how to go about switching between different script files. You can do it manually (copy-pasta method) but the script switcher makes it easy. I suggest you go through that topic carefully and you'll understand.

If however, you merely want to remove the ability to Mod the game or activate a certain mod (which shall not be named) you can just patch with the 1.01 patch. The game will still be able to play only the V1 games though. It also fixes some V1 bugs .
