Stay out of gta, this game is not for you and your little friends who play it, tell them to gtfo gta too. Come back when you are 18.

Bernard Jazz
It'll take at least a £350/$600 build to run the game at half decent settings. Guess you'll have to save your christmas money, eh? Seriously though, just give us your current specs and budget and we'll help you choose parts for your new murder simulator.

viometrix
well then i guess the esrb and ratings bureau was formed just cause we needed some jobs?
YankeesPwnMets
I think that ESRB ratings should be followed, and parents should be catious with letting their kids play with M games, but I know a lot of mature enough teens to be playing GTA. My younger cousins are in their teen years, but they play rated M games and still get A's in school without getting into fights, so I guess some younger ones are mature enough. To me, it really depends on the type of kid playing it, whether they have past violence attacks or if they are just quiet kids that don't do much to annoy others

IronHide-AW
ESRB is only affective, just like all ratings on all media, for parents or guardians actually interested in, and paying attention too, what the kiddo(s) are playing, viewing or doing. No magic involved really. I personally know a number of parents (as do we all probably) that fit this sprectrum from the most lax couldn't give less than 2 sh*ts about putting effort into paying attention to what is going on, all the way to the most religious with extremely close monitoring and control over all these types of factors. Although I'm personally agnostic, I do have to say the specific parent I'm thinking of on the religious side is akin to a "super dad" where he specifically takes the time to produce alternative entertainment and caring for his kids. In that way, the kids don't feel like they are "missing out" by simply being denied something. There is something taking its place, and it works. At-least in the case of that family.
