shadowings00
When I change resolution in graphics configuration from 1440-900 down to sthg like 1024 - xxx, I cannot save the configuration and it automatically reverts back to 1440-900. This is true for all the other settings like details etc.. I need to decrease it as the current benchmark tests show 3.5 fps.. !!!! By the way the OS is Vista and UAC is disabled. I have even tried modifying the security rights of workstation-Users group for the whole folder "c:\Program Files\Rockstar Games" Edited November 30, 2010 by shadowings00
T-ru
Make text document with COMMANDLINE name(with small characters) in main directory of the game and write inside: -width(little space and write the width of the resolution what you like without the brackets ,example:1280) -height (same thing but here is height example :1024) finished example: -width 1280 -height 1024 or whatevar resolution you like Then save it. shadowings00
nope.. still nothing... a real strange thing, right? however I have found kinda workaround of the problem. I uninstalled the game and deleted all related folders the ones under c:\Program Files and C:\Users. Afterwards I changed the default resolution of Windows to 1024x768 and installed the game with this setting... and wella!! I still cannot modify the resolution options in the game menu but at least I have a lower default resolution for the game.
