Theme: Its supposed to have police ducktape with a whole breaking news, police tape etc theme. Like if an event such as a murder happened and the police are handling it. Resources: Absolutely none. All I know is that it has to be with GTA IV Colours: Be realistic and creative please. Additional info: So simply, its like a banner for a weekly topic on my forums. Every week we will take pictures and recreate an event. Which will be posted. So I need like some sort of banner to post at the top every week.
