andree Posted November 30, 2010 Share Posted November 30, 2010 Hi there I have C2D @ 3.2 Ghz 4Gb ram GTX 460 and still not so good fps in EFLC ... im using 1920x1080 on 24" graphics details changes make no difference on FPS ...but turning off shadows add me 7+ Fps I have most of the time about 24-37 (without shadows) ...on highways 40+ interiers 110 Fps ..watter 145-170 Fps And in police chases it drops sometimes to 19 ...is there any way to improve it ?? ..... im using WIN 7 64bit .. 260.99 nvidia drivers ..no commandlines ... high priority and gamebooster Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

TheTomster Posted December 1, 2010 Share Posted December 1, 2010 GTX 460 isn't really the most powerful card to run ENB on. And your CPU most definitely bottlenecks any potential it has left. Try overclocking your GPU, the GTX 400 series is great for overclocking, just don't overdo it. If overclocking the GPU doesn't work, it might be time for a new motherboard + processor, if an i5/i7 wouldn't fit on your board. I wouldn't get a Core 2 Quad, as they'll be history pretty soon.
