Need help finding a mod!

anybody know what mod makes you able to shoot like that?

 

 

if you dont know do you know any good animation replacer?

 

(if this isn't in the right section or whatevs just move it)

either way, i'd like to learn how to change anims...

the process itself isnt that hard

but modifying only the CURRENT frame, i haven't managed to do that

so the anim is the same frame 30 times...
