how do i use a trainer + speedoiv?

Hey guys, I was wondering how i use 2 mods witch both use a scripthook.dll file? I want to use the trafficspawner fix and simple trainer (1.0.4.0), is it possible? if so, how?.

 

edit:apologies if i missed finding a topic already posted about this.

 

any help is appreciated. smile.gif
