Last Mission

Hi! I'm new here so if this has already been asked, sorry for repeating it...

 

Does anyone know how to get through the last mission? I took the part where Roman gets killed, ( at the time I didn't know that is what happens. The game was new and the storyline was going over my head ). I can't get Niko up in LJ's heli. The thing won't do it.

Is there anyway to get through this part? I've heard some other people on YouTube were having trouble with this part. How, or if, did anyone finally get throught this part? I'm going nuts here! Thanks in advance.

In which field are you having problems with, catching up with the helicopter or climbing into the helicopter?

Do what it says, press X button and press it mad (if you have trouble wrap your index finger in a jumper sleeve and move your finger on and off the X button really fast).

I'm having a hard time getting Niko up into the heli. I try really fast to hit the X button, but nothing happens. Niko just falls off the heli and down into Times Square. This is really getting to be, to put it in Niko's terms of words, "really f*cking anoyining."

Finally got Niko up in the heli...but of course D gets away. (I don't know how to spell his name).
