A Revengers Tragedy

This mission is glitched its been now more then 6 months and i try every so often to beat this mission. I tried it well over 200 times by now. Where was quality assurance?! This game was a big waste of my time. I have definitely reconsidered buying anymore Rockstar games. I played this game and it was fun until the last mission. Until i realized i was setup to not beat the game. I just cant reach the helicopter in time. I tried to exploit every possible way to get to the chopper on time. I know this is a relatively small window of opportunity but due to the fact that its raining makes it impossible to reach the helicopter on time because of the rough water. I even went as far as waiting on top of the building after you kill everyone for the weather to change to sunny so the waves aren't as big. The weather doesn't change. If a game as big as GTA didnt make it through QA why would i even think about buying another rockstar game. This game is a laughing stock, i actually feel humiliated for the developers. I read all over the web people having this problem and those lazy fat slobs with rockstar didnt even attempt to release a bug fix. I would hope that whoever is responsible for this doesn't have a job anymore. Or at least works in the fast food chain, because i would never purchase a game who's QA bug tester was the one who worked on this game. Its clearly a bug. And hopefully by writing this thread a rockstar employee would read this and feel humiliated by the fact that he worked on this game and would raise an issue with inside of his team. This is a garbage game. Im now throwing it out... I wouldn't even want to return it because i don't want someone to suffer in agony as much as i have with this piece of trash. I would of rather bought a blank disk...at least i would be able to use it.... Never again. I boycotted Rockstar as of today. Thanks

What console are you playing on because in my PS3 version on that mission it doesn't rain. Maybe you can use the change weather cheat?

This thread makes me laugh. Good for you OP, but you do realize that writing on an internet forum will solve nothing. And no one cars, not even Rockstar, that you boycotted their games.

 

Either way, no one can help you, because you didn't even state what console you play the game on (360, PS3, or PC). I will try this mission tomorrow, because I have a save file on my PC from right before this mission, never tried it before. I don't even remember which ending it is. Oh well.

Ive competed the game a few times so it is possible.Is this the one were you chase pegorino. If it is use the sanchez motorbike drive along the shore dont use the boat.

Actually im wrong thats other way to end the game.I think your problem lies in your command of the boat.You have to try and skip over the bigger waves to stop the boat slowing down.If you are hitting every wave your not doing it right.

Try the change weather cheat and if that doesn't do anything then try "Out Of Commision" which doesn't involve you having to drive a boat.

Um...Just wait for the weather to change. Save the game several times before LJ calls.

 

And for the record, this is not a bug. It's your own lack of skill to complete it.

Dude you aren't good at games are you . Well here's some advice: First, wait for the weather to change before starting the mission! Second, FISHTAIL the son of a bitch boat! Third, simply do the other ending! Fourth and lastly, get a different boat, preferably the one that's made for waves, the military one that looks like a life raft, you know......... the one with floatys one the side, it looks kinda like plastic!!!

You only can do the other mission if you have saved the game @ the right moment if you have only 1 save file and you have chosen for the boat mission you still have a problem!!I will try changing the weather because i did not try that maybe it will help (Maybe)!!I reached the chopper once but at that moment i couldn't get in and really i'm not a noob I'm not having troubles with the game at all!Hopefully i will end the game Tonight!!Later Grtz Nico Bellic..!!:)Ps Does the boat cheat even works cause the boat is chosen by Cpu btw!!And if the boat cheat works when you have to do the input?Thnx.
