Make sure you remove your save before loading the mod

I have done that...

This mod is beta !! There are texture bugs. I could be wrong but I think some of the images use more mem. than others. So this is causing some problems thus after some time in game most PC's just can't keep up. Most of my texture bugs start after I spend lots of time in the city or I die. Read back in this fourm U will see the creators are working low res. & high res. versions of the map. If I am wrong I am sure someone from the mod team will correct me or add some insite to this. I have less texture issues when I turn traffic with A trainer. I am using 1.0.0.7 & multi player edit.

I works fine for my freind, but for me the WHOLE city looks like this for me.

Why would you use IV-MP instead of GFWL's MP? It's so damn unstable. Sounds to me like someone can't play on GFWL's servers.

Why would you use IV-MP instead of GFWL's MP? It's so damn unstable. Sounds to me like someone can't play on GFWL's servers.

That would be funny, since he made a comment on one of my posts some time ago about me having a cracked gta 4 version. I showed him a pic of both my legal copy of gta4 360 and complete edition pc.

 

I would have quoted that post if I knew which of the 3 ivsa topic it was (that are about 750 pages combined).

I pirate GTA V on pc, so R* doesn't get 50$ for it, sucks for them (i still buy it on 360..)

 

I'm gonna make another bad ass mod like IVSA for V.

 

Which means people will buy V for PC to play that mod.

 

That will be a lot more than that one copy I pirate

I probably gonna mod GTA5 so I will buy it eventually to go on GWL servers.

 

However, if let's say GTAV comes out on 360 AND PC on it's first day of release:

 

I'm a 360 gamer, so i'm gonna buy it for the 360 to play it. I have a unmodded xbox (own about 40 legally bought games). But I also wanna mod it, so i will downlaod it for PC. And later on I will buy it for pc once the price has lowered.

 

Can you blame me for not paying €115 for one game, on one day ?

 

I bought pc complete edtion something like 1 or 1.5 year after the pc release, and it was cheap: €25.

Lol, I just buy both versions, and mod both versions. If you have played on GTA IV Xbox 360 recently it looks like the PC multiplayer.

Ok i did this now I can't start MP GFWL server so I installed original GTAIV paths.img file that fixed MP problem. Then I installed all original GTAIV PC /data/timecyc files all 6 of them. I have done everything I know to do in MP & SP game & even with mycrap PC on med. texture settings I can NOT get textures to disappear. game works great!

I wouldn't be so sure about that if I were you...

 

Try setting your texture quality on medium, not high.

I don't see problem often.I play normal IV maxed out fine no problems.I am not lowering texture quality if the textures for the mod are lower quality than normal IV's.It's the disappearing problem still there.

I'm getting game crashes within a minute of starting the game. I've removed the hotel lines and removed saved games. I'm using patch 1.0.7.0. Any advice for this?

 

EDIT: I figured out that it is BxBug's Gostown car pack, but I don't really like the police cars provided, an I'm suspecting it's the police bike. Any idea what files I should edit to make it work?

Yeah but then you'll end up like me 60GB's with GTA IV ;d.I have a less space-needy way I just have different images.txt gta.dat etc.
