Started to do today the LOD's on the high-tech industrial area (Upper Town). I started with two companies, that are also GTAF Crews, which perfectly fits into this zone.   #1: Facade Corp: Software

Good News:     Started to do the map again, starting with the city. Here come some LOD's. These skyscrapers will come in game, btw.   Pls don't mind the mess. And the big donut.

Being short: The Gostown project was split in two: Gostown Blue and G7. Basically, While Gostown Blue will focus about finishing the old Gostown 6 and 5 maps, G7 will be another map made from scratc

EDIT : Oh yeah and now Gostown patch 3.0 is compatible with ELFC no ?

yes but , the laucher has a problem , fixe comming

I don't really understand .

I looked in the information.rtf and saw this :

Mod version: 1.1 ( Beta public version)

Release date: December 10th, 2012

The patch you've uploaded is the final release ?

I don't understand him either oh well.I think he means release candidate a build before final.

Patch 3, should have been the last patch, and the public version, having had a crash, i favorite you get tested, i just forget to change 2 / 3 trick moto_whistle.gif

Downloading.Also contact Flits this is bad installer not fancy like his.He can handle our installer.

Crash on EFLC and i want english text man...You need to make your own language and english for the people.

the installer , it is not bad, it's just simple, for EFLC crash, i do not crash, but GTAIV is better compatibility .

Are all the fence bugs going to be fixed before release or will that be in a future patch?

Tbh i'd prefer an early-but-buggy-fences release with a seperate fence patch later otherwise fixing the fences before release would delay the release even further. Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif

 

@Shaking, I've noticed, every mod team you join, you start talking as if you have some claim to the mod instead of the guys why actually did the hard-work. You're a beta tester and don't forget that. wink.gif

Make sure your EFLC directory is named EFLC, and is the original install directory. For some reason thats the only spot the TLAD and TBOGT folders load from.

I didn't mean that just was kinda frustrated with the language but all i did install to a clean EFLC then crashes.Just reporting bug.

What else you did i just selected game dictory and that's all then crash.

You are doing great job. Designing your own Island much much harder than I think making conversion of previous GTA's to RAGE engine.

Will mod have story & missions?

mission not, but i think putting race on Laguna Seca and the track bike. .

Normally yes, but i still have things to do, and better compatibility of EFLC. .

Looks good as usual.

 

As the IV version is done release that now. icon14.gif

 

People will want to play it straight away, then whoever own EFLC can wait for the EFLC version. smile.gif

thx , No, i want the public version is perfect and therefore compatible EFLC, gostown is compatbile with EFLC, but not great, its going to be improved, for instent, i take care of the last things to add, after i fix the bugs, and then i fix the crash, after i send it in for him BETA priver for test and the public version is envisaged .
