CRC error and video mode

Hey guys, I need help... I've searched within all similar threads and did all the things written but still I've got problems..

 

My dxdiag report (just to inform you of system info)

I'm using Windows 7 professional 64bit...

 

First of all, when I insert installation disc and run setup.exe, nothing appears...

I used c/p all files from cd 1 and 2 to desktop/gta - cd1 and cd2 folders, then I ran setup.exe from cd1 and it worked... But then I got CRC error like this:

 

 

When I press Ignore, it installs successfully, but in directory with gta files under my documents, there's nothing...

 

When I run gta_vc.exe, it gives me error with video mode (cannot find 640x480)...

 

I'm pretty confused with these problems so if someone can help me out... please.

one more thing.. when I try to run it in compatibility mode win 98, it says rundll32 has stopped working...

What Video card do you have? And What is the Vram? Do you have any mods installed? Is this the Retail version or a Download version? If Downloaded, from where? Are you using the Original CD or a crack or a copy of the CD? Have you tried an un-install/re-install? What Intel processor do you have-there are several different ones?
