My GTA Loads Slow

Hello. Im new and i bought my GTA SA game at walmart 3 weeks ago and I installed it and when I go to play it, it loads extreamly slow. I was playing it 3 days ago and it worked fine untill now. I have SA-MP and that loads verry slow too. it takes about 40 minutes to finish loading and then the whole game is slow. And yes my computer can handle it. I have been playing it and its always worked fin untill now. My computer is old but it can handle GTA SA. Ive tryed uninstalling it 3 times and it still didnt work. I am using original disk no mods no hacks just original game with SA-MP. The game version is v2.0 and i have downgraded it with a patch so it will work with SA-MP. It is not SA-MP or the patch that is causing the problem. It has worked before with that stuff and alot more stuff. So if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.

PRE-TROUBLE-SHOOTING QUESTIONS:

PROBLEM SOLVING:

If you have changed OS or Screen settings, If your system upgraded anything (drivers, etc) Delete the GTA_SA.set File.

Are you playing the game in W98/XP mode, with Administrative Privileges?

And... before people here begin investing a lot of time trying to fix a possible NO-FIX situation:

How are you playing:

1. With the Original DVD in the Drive?

2. OR are you Using a 'backup' disc?

3. OR Are you Using a No-CD program or crack?

 

Also: When posting a problem, be sure to include the following:

• Operating system (Windows 7, XP or Vista, and which Service Pack you have)

• Video/Graphics card type and dedicated graphics memory (or shared memory?)

• Processor

• RAM (random access memory)

• If you have installed mods, search or post a topic in the MODDING forum

Answering these questions may help to identify the problem
