BrownBear Posted November 25, 2010 Share Posted November 25, 2010 I reckon a San Andreas Stories would be good, I had the idea that it could start with Brian's death and through to CJ's return. It should have a much more serious tone than SA, focusing on the unravelling of the GSF with members dying, defecting and being taken over by drug addiction. It could be a really sad game actually. I recall Sweet naming a bunch of other deceased gangmembers that are never brought up again that might make some interesting stories. That's if they decide to go back to the III era, which I kinda doubt. But seeing San Andreas again would be great. If Im not mistake, coming directly from one of the Housers, III era may yet be revisited. Do I think they will? Why not? Theres plenty left to be answered from GTA III. i.e. Donald Love, Maria and Claude, Yakuzas, Leones, etc. Vice City and San Andreas were pretty much prequels to GTA III in story line sense so many endings happened in those games. However much of the story can still be told i.e. the Johnson family before CJ departs. GTAIV was more about the city then the story I believe, as R* set out to create the city they always intended to with III. R* could in fact make a whole new city with all new characters but I would place my money on something more familiar. Theres just too much to visit yet. One thing is for sure, the next GTA is certainly decided upon and they are well into development. I find it astonishing how quiet they can keep these things considering how rabid us fans can be. Even though the III era is over and R* would never let a minor be a protagonist, it'd still be awesome to see an authentic GTA set in the hood.
