Realism?

This may go to the suggestions, but I will describe anyway. Anyone think the GTA games are WAY too unrealistic? What I mean is, that many things that happen in GTA would usually not happen in real life. OK, lets imagine there is a collision on the freeway and everyone has crashed. Some are injured, some are already dead. Some are just lucky to be alive. It seems completely unrealistic that help would not arrive. If that happens, police never come and try to help and seal off the area. Rather, they actually make things WORSE. They crash. Paramedics also crash. What I would like in GTA V is that whenever this happens, police comes almost immediately and firetrucks and police cars block the area to prevent anyone else from being a victim and put "detour signs". Ambulances come and try to save the alive, getting the injured on a stretcher and taking them to the hospital. The dead are put in body bags and are also taken to the hospital for autopsy. Eventually police clear up the area and cars are towed. Eventually police and the firetrucks leave the area, and life resumes as normal. That's what I mean.

What the f*ck is this obsession with "realism"? f*ck realism and let's just have the OTT fun from SA back into the game. There is f*ck all to do in IV, which is the worst GTA ever made IMO. R* need to get off their asses and put some fun back in V.
