IMG TOOL 2.0 error

Hi everyone, i reinstalled win 7 and got a legal copy of the game (Vice city).

So i was replacing a txd and it says read beyond end of file

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

And dont tell me to set to read me that doesnt help

And why cant i install to copies of gta, thats stupid, i had to make a copy of the one i installed

IF i try to install a copy again it uninstalls both

Should I install to documents, and how do i do that

PLus every time i try to mod it says access denied sometimes, and yes im admin

Also another problem ( gettinng off topic i know)

When i insert the cd, the game gets chooppy when playing, how do i fix that, does the no cd crack work? If so can i get a link, all the ones i find are dead

Edit: also after the gta3 message it makes a file called

TMPI with random numbers at the end
