It has nothing to do with how you play the mission, so don't bother retrying in the hope it will go away - it is caused by your system struggling to cope with the game. Can you post your system specs? The most likely cure is for you to reduce your graphic settings. You will need xliveless to get other people's saved games to work on your computer. Be aware, it will not allow you to use multiplayer if you do this. See the FAQ post under PC Performance Tips which has links to download xliveless. To be honest though, this is a bit of a workaround. Have you tried reducing your graphics settings?
