XDyuXD
Well, i'am new here and is my firsp post, so hello to evrybody. i'am having an issue with my PC and GTA IV (Phenom II x6/ 4gb DDR3 1333 OCZ Gold / HD4650 512mb DDR2 128bits/ HD320gb Samsung 7200rpm), my GTA IV runs fine at 30fps BUT when i set the resolution to 1280x720, the framerate continues at 30fps, but the games suffers of a very strange slowdown, like this in the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2FDF65Jsww If i play it in 800x600 at High, the game runs pretty well, but when i set to 1280x720, the game start the slowdown show on the video. Can anyone help me? Thanks ALOT!
Stinky12
Your graphic card is too weak for it to handle the high resolution thus the shuttering. Should have opt for a Athlon II X4, that way you can save a huge amount and use that to buy a beefier graphic card.

BLKMAG
I've seen the same sort of lag when I have a lot of programs open, having FireFox with a YouTube video open in the background while playing seems to cause it for me. I suggest closing background tasks, and lowering your graphics settings. The 5870 is a good GPU.

Not playing, but having a finished video still open in FireFox, not sure why but it lags my games.
mkey82
Lately I experienced various odd problems with FF and Flash, something is rotten in the state of Denmark.
