EDIT: Yup, I turned on the Frame Limiter and everything worked perfect, so, do you know what are the pros and cons of having the frame limiter off? Thanks for your help ! Turning on the Frame Limiter locks the in-game fps to 25. If your PC isn't good enough or just meets the minimum requirement, keeping it on helps as it reduces fluctuations in fps that can cause stuttering and rough gameplay. For people with better/high-end systems, they can keep it off so as to get maximum fps and the smoothest possible gameplay. And please lose the crack and play the game from the DVD.
