OP: if you're looking to start a clan here on thee gta forums then you start a gang thread here. just be sure to read the forum guidelines topic on rules and such. also be aware there are no external gangs allowed. in other words: if you're recruiting from this here place, you "set up shop"/operate from here and here alone... capiche? A few years ago maybe. Might I recommend broadening your horizons by letting all ages and nationalities join? You'll have a far better chance of actually pulling some recruits. That is as long as you plan on running this thing from gtaF. If not then you will get locked and possibly banned.
