PC or PS3?

So heres the deal. I've had gta IV for ps3 since it came out and ive beat the main story missions but never went in to go 100% like the previous gta series. (i leave the console in the living room for surround sound and blue-ray movies cool.gif but i usually sit in my room haha) so i was considering getting it for the PC but im curious if its even worth it? this would be my first PC game since i was a kid so i dont know how it has changed since then. apparently theres a lot of patches and stuff to download and other programs?? all my hardware can support it but im just curious as to

A) is it worth it,

B) how is the gameplay compared to ps3

C) am i just wasting money and time?

If you've already got it on PS3, it's probably not worth it (Which is, IMHO, a rarity). The PC version isn't the best port out there, and it either works well or works terribly. IMHO, the GTA series has always been better suited for consoles.

Oh, and if this is your first PC game (Or would be your first) in years, why do you have a gaming PC (Or one with moderately high specs)? o_O

i see what youre saying. i was just gunna get it to kill time. thats pretty much why i've always gotten them on the console except for the original gta.

and the reason i have such a high spec computer is because my father builds computers for computers, so he gets parts for wholesale prices so... why not? lol

You can do silly sh*t like that, use mods to turn Niko into a ragdoll and I've personally just fooled around with that for a few hours already, euphoria is just so much fun, then there are other mods, there are skins, etc..

Yes get it, lol. You'll have a blast, I got it 2 days ago on my PC and it's worth it, no doubt.

The main new feature is the video editor, so if you're interested in machinima that would be a new thing to play with. Otherwise it's the same game, but presenting Liberty City at higher resolution, with more draw distance, and higher ped and traffic density. If you're into mods there's that too.

Yes to PS3. No to PC. Only go for PC if there's no other alternative. I keep on reading about glitches and problems with the PC version. Also, I find myself playing a lot better on a console than on a PC for pretty much any game.

One of PC's advantages is the modding, but I can easily go without that.
