This is one of the first map mods for GTA IV, and it is for film making purposes.

When I took a first look, it looked like a texture edit of a billboard, obviously on closer inspection its a little more than that.

 

But still, if you're going to add something to the map, make it a lil more interesting than a Greenscreen with a message that covers it. (even though it can be removed)

it is simple because its for film making like coin said and because COL making has a limit of polys

next map mod will be a base jump tower for EFLC

I made a mistake and I noticed pretty much straight afterwards that I'd made a mistake, but at least I'm man enough to not edit my first post to cover up the fact that I fluffed up.

 

I can take insults to my face and not give a rats, a lesser man would have crumbled by now and started arguing and throwing insults back and forth.

 

The only reason I ask you to leave it alone is because I have it when ppl TROLL threads with unrelated subject matter...
