What I'm more interested in is Aria and what her role is in ME3. It was quite a shocker when it was revealed that she had a daughter who was then brutally murdered. Me want more don't f*ck with Aria.

Same here, I really hope Aria has a role in 3, of equal or greater importance than her role in the previous installment.

 

Now about that tweet regarding Tali's face, it'd be nice if they showed it, I mean the suspense is killing me.

Well we were asked what we wanted to see next, most people asked for Ashley in Armour. Naturally Bioware totally ignored that and gave us another pic of James Vegas (well at least it isn't another generic screen shot of Cerberus troops again ). In order to celebrate the fact that Casey Hudson now has 10,000 stalkers on twitter he released this pic :-

I am as convinced as ever that James Vega will be carrying out a crucial role in the Reaper fight during my play throughs. He will be sat on board the Normandy polishing the boots for all the other squad mates

While Vega does look generic, I wouldn't judge a book by its cover. I'm quite positive that BioWare can manage to create a good story for him.

The ME 3 website has been updated with new sections and new information. I won't post the info here but let people decide if they wish to read the new info :-

 

The new sections are :-

 

• Conflict Zones - descriptions of the various hot war zones. At the moment only Thessia is detailed.
• Enemy Recon - descriptions of the various enemies at the moment there is only info on the good old Cerberus Trooper
• Weapons Details - Description of the new weapons currently only1 weapon on there called the Falcon Assault Rifle (pity it wasn't a pistol then we could have had F.A.P )
• Cognitive Interactive Applications - bunch of mini games. Just one mini game at the moment called Pod Training and it is quite erm interesting.

More info is likely to be forth coming since Bioware are making a big thing about Comic Con. There is even meant to be a huge announcement on the 23rd (most are betting it is multiplayer).

Music's brilliant in Pod Training. It's got that 80's vibe that ME1 had that ME2 didn't. I always feel as if I'm going back a helluva lot more than 4 years when I play ME1.

Right the big announcement, they just made it 5 mins ago and they announced something we already knew ................. but it wasn't a total bummer they added a little bit of new info.

 

The big announcement was NOT multiplayer (Casey appears to have shot that down in an earlier Q&A). Nope the announcement was that they are going to do MORE with femshep in the run up to Mass Effect 3 and they are giving us the choice of what femshep will look like. The winning femshep will be the default femshep in the game, appear on the CE edition and appear in the femshep trailer they are making.

They are terrible. 6 and 4 are the least offensive, but still.

 

The default femshep from previous games was cool, I'm surprised they didn't go for a small make-over for her, like Ash. I have 2 default femshep saves, I'm guessing I'll be continuing with her, and the winner will be only for people starting a new game at ME3?

Make FemShep 5 a Redhead like ME1/2 default FemShep is and i'd be fine with using default FemShep in ME3. I see a lot of people saying that in the comments for the picture actually and I agree, maybe because I quite like a redhead.

Woohoo Femshep 5 has now gone over 12,000 votes time for an Avatar change I think (first one in like 5 years). There has been a fair bit of stuff happening at Comic con these past few days. Unfortunately nothing of any great consequence (other than the femshep stuff). It was speculated before Com Con that we would get a new demo but that never happened. Nope they just kept showing the Sur'kesh demo over and over and over again.

 

They did however run through the demo with at least three different classes. So for those that are interested in how a Sentinel, Soldier or Adept might work in ME 3 here is some clips of the demo with the different classes :-

I don't know if there are spoilers in the vids as I haven't watched them the whole way through (getting a tad bit bored of Sur'kesh if I am honest). Other than that and the femshep stuff there really wasn't much new at Com Con.

Yes, you will be able to tweak your imported #ME2 character in #ME3.

I hope the facial customisation comes along as much as it did from ME1 to ME2 again. It wasn't so bad with MaleShep, but it seemed to me with FemShep you could only ever get someone who looked like they'd sucked on a lemon about a minute ago (that is, not completely sour-faced, but pretty close) and the default face. Or maybe I'm not just good with the creator thing.

 

Out of those presented though, I'd go with either 5 or 3. Five because it's the closest to my ME2 FemShep, and three just 'cos.

 

Completely off topic, but that actress above looks just like a cleaned-up Alice Glass.

I thought I was the only one who's Femshep looked like that, glad to see im not alone. Though my friends first fem shep was pretty bad, looked like a deformed Jodie Foster, but it was kinda good for the LOLs. I made allot of jokes about if there was a Mass Effect movie and Sheppard was female, Jodie Foster would be the actress. (He finely changed her looks though)

 

As for those Fmesheps I'd say I'd go with number 5.

I'm not sure which one I like best, I think I would go for 5, but I don't really like the blond look.

Glad to see they've included longer hairstyles though.
