MostOfAll
I don't agree to retry the missions when I get that message on the cell phone. Instead, I go to multiplayer and come back just to restart everything. I don't want my ammo, armor, health, and stats to be wasted. I also try to keep things as realistic as possible. For example, instead of letting Niko put on a helmet to ride a motorcycle, I just accelerate before he gets to. I hate how these helmets come out of nowhere in the game. Mati
In EFLC, I ALWAYS start BOGT first, no matter if I want to play TLAD. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/463224-gaming-habits-for-grand-theft-auto-iv/#findComment-1060206287 Share on other sites
AlexGTAGamer
That's the reason why I always have auto save on so if I ever fail a mission I can just load up the last save. The Lolwut Pear
I try to never fail a mission, die or get busted. So I'm an autosave whore. Jimbatron
It's generally better to reload because of the reasons you said. However, if you fail missions, and use the text message replay, you can get different dialogue if you are driving somewhere with another character the second time around - some of it is pretty funny and worth listening to. I know that you get different dialogue if you're attempting for the second time. I'd still go for the reload option. Ferddy987
I always try to kill someone or at least beat them with a knife/baseball bat while running. Very fun though. CyKosis
A habit I developed shortly after motorbikes where introduced to the GTA series, if someone knocks me off one, I can't help myself but put a few rounds through their windscreen..!! The Lolwut Pear
Another habit I forgot: Since I'm on PC, I save a clip of every f*cking thing I see. I have about 964 saved clips. .Ryan.
If I go with one of the friends out somewhere (Lets just say bowling for example) I always have a best 2/3 game with them. I simply can't just have one game, and that's it. I also have a habit when I pick someone up (for whatever reason) I must pull up normally. I hate parking my car on a footpath facing the wrong way while they approach. I'd rather just get the game done and over with instead of going for a second time. I also try to pull over normally when I pick someone up.
