Just about everything except emergency vehicles, boats, and helicopters. This is also good if you ever get a Securicar. You'll get more money from selling it than if you blow it up (which will give you a two star wanted level). Also, some vehicles like the Cognoscenti and Turismo fetch over $10,000.

It's a shame that money in Grand Theft Auto IV is pretty much worthless after you have $400,000 (or even less!).
