here you can find some pretty good NYPD textures and use them on the cars you like. I suggest using the latest version of the Tahoe, Charger, Impala and the Crown Vic.

You could find the latest versions on gtapolicemods.com, however I think it's closed now.

I do not know how to get all the police cars the NYPD decal can someone do it? this crap is confusing

I personally use a handful of ELS cars from gtapolicemods.com, I used FCV livery from the "Mega NYPD and Homeland Security" pack, I found a Charger livery on Youtube, and I searched around for a FDNY ambulance and Firetruck. Then I got the Ultimate NYPD Uniform mod, ELS v6 and it all worked together nicely. I would say look around and see what works best for you, because there's a a lot of different stuff out there.

You just get all the LT Caine models and replace the skins on them. Download LT Caine's Impala, then replace the original mod's skins with the downloaded Impala skins and do the same for the rest of them. Heres LT Caine's models
