GTA IV crashes because of mods apparently?

Hello, i have this problem with my game. it seems to hate it when i am using these mods.

I tried using these mods:

http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/3137 Ragdoll mod

and this one

http://www.iol.ie/~fcorp/gta/iv/FirstPersonV1.22.zip First person mod

 

Before i put it all in my directory, i made sure everything is compatible with my game version which is 1.0.4.0.

I get into the game start menu. i click start, the game loads for a VERY LONG TIME, the loading screens go by, then it says "loading story complete" and after another minute of loading, it stops working. it just tells me gta iv stopped working, the game just crashes.
