Increasing speed in handling

Recommended Posts

Hey,

so I'm trying to make my cars as realistic as possible, but it seems like after you go past the 180 Km/h marker the car just starts gaining speed very slowly (like it was a 60 HP car).

So I've tried decreasing drag multipler, but it didn't work (using 0.36 now just like the real Veyron)

As for the acceleration, it does 0-100 Km/h in 2.5 seconds, and using a youtube video the real veyron does 0-180 Kmh/ in 7.3 seconds, mine did it in 7.5 seconds. So far so good, but after that, I tested a 150 Km/h to 280 Km/h the veyron did it in 7 seconds, while mine did it in 13 seconds.

This is annoying as hell, so can you guys please help me out?

Note: if you decrease drag multipler to 0 that means the car won't be held up by the air (meaning if you let the gas pedal go, the car will keep the same speed, so I can't change that)

*bump*

Please anyone?

I know changing engine inertia doesn't help, I can't make the car have better acceleration (cuz it'll f*ck up the 0-60 time) and I also can't change the drag coeff (cuz the car would keep accelerating after I let the gas pedal go, if I change the value to minus)
