Game crash after changing models.

I changed nikos model with the simple native trainer and then saved the game (even when it told me not to, yes i know im stupid)

 

now it wont load up again and i cannot start from a different game save. i tried deleting the trainer and it dident work, i reinstalled it and it still wont work.

 

is there a way to delete game saves from the game files. i have it on steam.

 

Please could you help me if you can

Hi, I had this problem...And, I don't find solution, I have had to uninstall the game, and again install it...This is a terribly problem, we can't save the game with a other skin that Niko.. Who have a solution ?

find the savegames (probaly placed in: C:/Users/>user</AppData/Local/Rockstar Games/Savegames/) i hope this helps, i don't got IV on Steam so i don't know if i'm right but it's worth a try
