Pedestrian spawn problem

I tried to use the search tool to perhaps find this problem on the forum, but the search is dsabled. I just got SA for PC, and my system more then meets the requirments. My problem is, that in some areas of the map, pedestrians simply just do not spawn. (IE the gas station area of easter basin, there will be no pedestrians on the street as well as Pier 69). Does anyone else have, or had this problem and if so any suggestions. Thank you!

PROBLEM SOLVING:

If you have changed OS or Screen settings, If your system upgraded anything (drivers, etc) Delete the GTA_SA.set File.

Are you playing the game in W98/XP mode, with Administrative Privileges?

And... before people here begin investing a lot of time trying to fix a possible NO-FIX situation:

How are you playing:

1. With the Original DVD in the Drive?

2. OR are you Using a 'backup' disc?

3. Are you Using a No-CD program or crack?

4. OR a Downloaded game from Direct2Drive, or SteamPower.com

5. Other source? Please specify.

 

Maybe you missed something in your specs so -Also: When posting a problem, be sure to include the following:

• Operating system (Windows 7, XP or Vista, and which Service Pack you have)

• Video/Graphics card type and dedicated graphics memory (or shared memory?)

• Processor

• RAM (random access memory)

• If you have installed mods, search or post a topic in the MODDING forum

Answering these questions may help to identify the problem

Well first off, I am using a "no cd fix". I also have tried it both, with and without mods.

 

System Specs are-

 

Windows 7

Processor-Intel Core I5 CPU [email protected]

Memory-8g

Dirext X 11

Video Card- Nividia Geforce GT320 1024MB

 

As I said, just in some places on the map, people do not spawn at all, even waiting there for 2 or 3 ingame days. Any help would be appreciated.

It's a side effect of using a cracked .exe. Use your original legit disc.
