How do I edit car sounds assignations?

Hello. I want to know how do I change cars sounds assignations for individual cars.

This is something like this... I want the ENFORCER's engine accelerate sounds like BF INJECTION's one, and it's horn sounds like PATRIOT's one.

 

Replacing "sfx.RAW" wont work because it would replace that sounds for every car has them. I just wanna modify ENFORCER sounds.

They must be stored somewere. Such as:

ENFORCER = Array

(

'horn' => 'horn1.wav',

'engine_on' => 'on7.wav',

...

)

I used PHP syntax to make readers understand what I need.

There are programs for this but I found for San Andreas only.

 

Does anyboy know something for VICE CITY please?

Yeah, i'd like to know that too. Or maybe sound assignments for specified car are hardcoded, bcz i haven't heard/read before, that there anyone EVER modified this thing in VC or III... and we are not talking about simple replacing sounds via gta3audio editor, cuz this'd affect sound for each car which uses that specified 'sfx****.wav' sound file so ppl don't post me about replacing via audio editors!!

Don't think im flaming on you ;P I'm just curious too, if anyone has done something just as you requested/described in first post . I'd like to reach that effect of changing some cars sounds assignments
