MostOfAll
Here's what I thought of so far: Personal Choices Imagine a Grand Theft Auto game with a storyline with outcomes that are affected solely by the player's decisions. Maybe the player can choose to back down from some of the missions offered or even cut ties with some of the mission bosses. Certain choices come with certain consequences. Let's say you choose to end your affiliation with a mission boss and go work with his enemy. The mission boss you chose to cut ties with would get back at you by sending his henchmen to come after you. To make things even more intense, these henchmen would encounter you at any random point in the game, so you have to fight back against them or flee. Customization Like in San Andreas, you will be able to change the character's hairstyle and facial hair. Tattoo parlors are also available again. You can also change the way your cars look. All-New Gang System There should also be a gang system, too. This gang system consists of a certain number of gangs in the area. Some of these gangs are allies of each other, some stand alone, some have violent feuds with others. Each gang has at least one objective, so joining a gang would initiate the opportunity for more side missions. If the gang that you are in is against another gang, encountering any of the enemy gang members would lead to a fight to break out. To join a gang, you must complete a series of tasks for the gang leader. Eventually, the gang leader would invite you to join the gang. You may accept or decline. If you decline, you can still always call the gang leader if you want to join at a later time. Respect points are used to indicate how close you are to your gang. Hanging out with the gang's leader and other gang members would increase your respect points. Attending gang meetings and performing side missions for your gang would also give you respect points. Once you get a certain number of respect points, you may be promoted, depending on which gang you are in. Different gangs have different clothes and even certain tattoos. Wearing the gang's colors, attire, or getting a gang tattoo would increase your respect points. The more respect points you have, the more influence you have on your gang. Thus, more respect points also lead to promotion. This would give you the ability to assign tasks to your gang members, call your gang members for backup, etc. Jobs Yes, real jobs, not just side tasks that give you money once you complete them. To make it not so boring, these tasks are carried out like mini-games. If you're a pizza delivery man, your job is to deliver the pizza to a house in time. If you're late, you might not get a tip. You'll still get paid by the pizza parlor, but you won't get those extra bucks. New Uses for Money There's really no purpose in getting money anymore if you already have $500,000 in Grand Theft Auto IV because all you can do with that money is buy clothes, buy weaponry, and buy food. In Grand Theft Auto V, you will be able to buy a mansion if you are a multimillionaire. This makes you feel more motivated to gain money. Some new purchasable things: houses/mansions, cars, upgrades for houses/mansions, businesses Those are just some of the things that would be nice features in the series. What's your take?
