Here it is sped up from 5 to 3 (using Jasc Animation Shop which is what I made it in originally)

The original process for this was: keepvid.com saved as MP4. Played in KMPlayer and captured the frames as BMP. Imported into JAS where it's trimmed, cropped, resized and GIF'ed with speed set to 5 1/100th of a second

Here's another one

The process for this one: keepvid.com saved as MP4. Converted to MPG using "Pazera Free FLV to AVI Converter". Opened MPG in VirtualDub where it's trimmed, cropped, resized and GIF'ed with no ability to change the speed.

Now just for fun

The only difference between the original and the VirtualDub, besides the cropping and resizing being off, is the trim. Because I did 2 completely different things to do the trim work it might be a different playback time. Just something to keep in mind when comparing them

The funny thing is if you watch them long enough you'll see that the original and VDub versions will get in sync, more or less, with each other. The important part is that the speed is still the same.
