How do you actually install the vehicle mods?

So I'm a noob at installing mods and getting them to work so I was wondering if I could have some help installing them. I downloaded the Typhoon Eurofighter mod for SA but I don't know where to put it admist the sea of files. Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, you need to download an IMG Editor. I do not recommend IMG Tool 2.0, because you will waste time in installing mods, use Alci's IMG Editor 1.5 Final, in 20 seconds, you can install 1 mod. Alci's IMG Editor 1.5 Final is not hard to find, get it, then extract all the files in a folder. Open it, go to your san andreas folder, then open models, then open up gta3. Extract the downloaded mod to your desktop, then click import, then select the .dff and .txd files. Click the save button. You can now exit the IMG Editor. Open up your game and try the mod, if it's not working, download m0d s0beit, I use m0d s0beit to make mods work.
