Yusuf Amir's Penthouse

When I saw Yusuf Amirs Penthouse, I just thought, when I become a billionaire, I wanna live in a place EXACTLY like this. So just wondering, How many bedrooms it has & Sqft. do you think it is? And for the price, how much do you think it would be to rent it or to buy it?

Im not saying there is any factual evidence or not about how much or how big Yusuf's Penthouse is. (After, hes a fictional game character)

But can you guys come up with any Estimates or Educated Guesses"?

just a guess from seeing the inside a few times in the game i would say it has 3 maybe 4 big bedrooms and a big bathroom w/ jacuzzi and all that upstairs then the giant living area/rec room downstairs and a kitchen that we didnt see.

 

idk about prices but if that was in Manhattan, you would literally have to be a billionaire to live there. im not sure if Yusif owns the entire building or not cause he is a real estate guy. if i had to guess a number, the penthouse alone would probably be well over 10K a month in rent minus utilities.

 

not sure about Sq. ft its hard to translate from a video game. his penthouse is probably an entire floor in that building.

You could guess the square footage of a floor by comparing the building's outline on the map to the outline of a building that is a copy of a real-life New York building, such as the Rotterdam Tower/Empire State Building. Or, a modder who's into map/model editing might know the actual scale of the game, but I've never seen a definite number. Or, walk around the building and see if your stats give a change in distance walked and do the math.
