According to the Take-Two website listed below, we can watch the broadcast of the conference of Take-Two live. http://ir.take2games.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=86428&p=irol-irhome According to the host website listed, Chairman, Mr. Zelnick will be speaking at 11am http://www.bmocm.com/conferences/showAgenda.aspx?id=297 So ladies and gentleman, can this mean ummmm GTA Next, La Noire, Agent, Max Payne news, well we can dream can't we. Well only a week to find out. Let the specualtion begin, So what do you think we will get out of the one hour conference with Mr. Zelnick????? IMO La Noire, and Max Payne have been switching on the Take Two Website with coming soon, so i will bet money on some info on them. TAKE-TWO CONFERENCE NEWS AND TIDBITS 1) Conference started out with a gameplay of new releases and past games with about 5 minutes of footage, we need to find this video. 2) TTWO profit in 2010 without any GTA title. 3) first social network game civilization. Relatively soon. 4) La Noire within the next 12 months, Duke Nukem- Fiscal year 2012 Bio shock NO NEWS ON AGENT OR GTA NEXT So is AGENT AND MAX PAYNE DEAD LOL. GTA just not announced or coming later than fiscal 2012??? 5) Quarterly conference call middle of December. Ryan Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 GTA aside, what a stupid day and time to have a conference considering that day is Remembrance/Poppy/Armistice/Vertern's Day and ceremonies to commemorate the scarface allied soldiers gave in the World Wars are held at 11am on that day. There used to be a trend of "R* Games Announces X Title", and then that same day they have their quarterly investor conference thingy. But sadly we haven't had one of those since... I guess, when Vice City Stories/GTA IV was announced? Besides, they're going to have their hands full with questions over the recent management change and speculation over being acquired. Adriaan Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 Their fiscal year ended October, so when the report for the fourth quarter/fiscal year comes out, there should be a forward looking guide/list on titles for the future. They always have these at the end of each fiscal year, so it should be worth looking out where they place LA Noire/Max Payne/Agent (maybe even GTA, if we're SUPER LUCKY). I can't remember how many times they've listed LA Noire and Max Payne 3 there, each time being pushed further and further back. So I think that's something to look forward to. He's referring to the press conference call back in August or something which was superhyped and then nothing but a fiscal year report. Still, maxopower, don't be like that. Everyone on here knows that it probably won't be anything, but we like to hype. Me for one, will love to listen or watch that conference, hype it like hell and then be disappointed with the rest of you, if I'm home. Yeah! GTA announcement on the 11th! Or not, we'll see... I was so f*cking exited during the last conference. yea i agree i will also be hyped for it, even to be let down, that's the fun part of life. Hype and be let down, but you knwo what eventually they have to give it to us, so if it wasn't during the quartly conference in September, maybe info regarding release for La Noire or Max Payne, but hey then in the middle of December they are having another quarterly conf call, so in the next month we will get two conferences from Take-Two, thats more than i can ever remember in such a close time period, so if nothing much on 11/11/10 then we only have until middle of december to get hyped up again lol. According to the Take Two site they have forth quarter conference middle of the month, just like the one that was previously mentioned in here, it was Sept 2. They happen every three months. The last one was a fiscal year report, this seems a bit different. Not really expecting any news, but I'll listen and we'll see. People talk about a huge announcement, but maybe R* won't do a huge deal of it. As far as I know only IV has been announced in a special way. As others have mentioned T2's fiscal year finished in October and to announce a title as controversial on Remembrance Sunday would be low in my opinion. Rememberance Sunday? I think only the UK celebrates that, and I know, North is British but R* and T2 aren't. And it's on a thursday, not a sunday. Sorry Fish, but that's a bit far-fetched if you ask me. BTW the last conference call was Sept 2 not in oct, do some research, its been two and half months since that point, like i said the next conference call is scheduled in middle of December, so at least we have two chances in the next month to get some news, timeframes on the games coming out next year. FYI I'd say that it wont be so much numbers as that is scheduled for middle of December's news conference as they typically are. So ZElnick is not going to talk for an hour about him taking over the CEO position, i say this could be big time for Rockstar to unleash some news, Red dead is done and out of the way, so they have to start to get the hype machine ready for early 2011 games to come out. I guess i was right after all. La Noire trailer and the conference starts at 11am and the trailer is at 12pm EST. So are you still going to state nothing will be released at these conferences or that they are a waste of time, I bet you will be listening to the conference now. I believe that maybe @ next month's conference call at thier quarterly call, we may hear about agent or next GTA. A release date for La Noire would be nice at the end of the trailer to try and figure out what Rockstar has in store for the early part of next year is La Noire released in early 2011, Agent in second half and GTA early 2012 or end of 2011. Also max payne maybe over the summer i could see. Or is Agent dead in the water. Should know where Rockstar is heading at this conference call and the quarterly call in middle of december.
