[SNP]Burglary/Unique Jumps[V1]

Could somebody pass the burglary mission for me please?

Notes: 1. Try not to put on too much muscle (so I could date Helena in the future freely) - 1-2% more is enough.

2. Save in Willowfield.

3. I would appreciate picking up ammo for weapons/tools

4. Also requested that if you find the Remington on the streets, put it in any garage so I could deliver it to the Export crane later in game.

 

P.S. Also, if you want, you can help me pass the 4 unique jumps from Los Santos (I'm playing the game over the 6th time and these four jumps are the ONLY I could not complete all 5 times I played the game.)

1. Verdant Bluffs/Verona Beach border, up the stairs

2. LS Airport, along the runway

3. Idlewood/El Corona border, along the train tracks

4. Jefferson/East Los Santos border, near the church (up the pedestrian overpass)

Don't sweat it. You can't date Helena until the second Island is open.

 

To do burglary in one go you must be in the truck and outside the target before 2000 hrs.

The best houses are on Big Smoke's street.

The Corner (West) house has three items. Do it first then the house next door for one item. And repeat. If you trip the arlarm do the other house. It's best not to trip the alarms at all, regardless of what some players say. Stand as close as possible Facing the item to be stolen else CJ may take an extra second to deside what to do. Seconds count.

Thank you very much for your efforts but the problem is, my GTA SA game crashes when I try to upload both savegames....

Ahhh... Guess I'll have to try everything myself unless somebody else steps in.

What do you mean? Both?

Just use mine, I used lil weasel's save game which contains also Burglary.

I mean my game fails reading both your and lil weasel's saves and crashes. It's strange...

Do you have any MODs installed?

How are you playing:

1. With the Original DVD in the Drive?

2. OR are you Using a 'backup' disc?

3. Are you Using a No-CD program or crack?

4. With a Downloaded game from Direct2Drive, or SteamPower.com

5. Other source? Please specify.

Depends of what version of the game you're using.

I used V1 to do the jumps.

I'm using the original version 1 game with the DVD drive. No mods or trainers are used (never used them, don't use them, and will never use them - they are crapping the gameplay).

However, I checked out the saves versions at SNP and might have found out the source of trouble: lil weasel's save is V2, which might explain why it did not read on my game.

BUT!!! miromiro's save is V1 and it DOES NOT READ??? It's really strange... Maybe the save is corrupted???

I don't know. Try loading the game with both V1 & V2 versions, maybe on of them will work.

Maybe the problem is at you. You're owning V2 exe of the game, but you play on V1 script. Why? V2 is better.

 

Maybe this switch between scripts screw up your save game.

Odd situation. The Version 2 is a converted save, which has worked in prior situations (i.e. over 400 mission helps, and two Chain game turns.)

 

Maybe Orion Sr. might have a solution?

@Arsen, What version script.img & main.scm files are you using? SnP shows that you have V1 .exe.

The V1 version date of the above files is 4-21-2005 3:21PM. The V2 version date of the above files is 8-19-2005 3:09PM.

Make sure that you are using the correct 'script' files for your .exe version.

 

Try downloading miromiro's save UNCONVERTED from the SnP site.

 

If that doesn't work try the link below from hmvartak's bag of tricks.
