Hunter Quarry Level 2

Hi

 

I am playing Level 2 of Hunter quarry asset and stuck with a very frustrating situation. At this level, after pushing first 2 bombs successfully, the third barrel doesn't exactly stick to the front of the vehicle and immediately explodes. No matter how much carefully and slowly push the barrel but it explodes for no reason ( just a slight touch is making it explode).

 

I am not having difficulty regarding playing this level but a lot confused why the hell third barrel explodes everytime even having right approach of pushing (from the back just at the edge of the crane), becoz of which not able to proceed with the asset missions.

 

Is there some specific moves by which barrel explodes or approach is wrong???..

Nope, that's not normal. The barrel shouldn't explode if you're that careful. Are you using any mods?

I have failed this mission countless times on the last bomb. Even though I "clear" the area upon rolling the last barrel into the mark, often times my Dozer explodes instead of the bomb.

Backup discs or cracks don't usually make side effects, I know you should always ask that stuff but I think it's stupid because I've never seen a crack in SA cause such effects. So on topic: Did you mod your savegame with any program?

I am playing SA download version for PC. (no DVD or CD installed)

 

I think understood the problem to some extent.

 

The error was the timing which made barrels to explode. I took lot of time for the first two barrels, as a result, had only 35-40 sec everytime for the third barrel. When the timer reached under the countdown of 10 seconds slightest touch made it explode which the game (i suppose, not sure) makes the barrel explode to show the mission failure and not just a "time out" in most other timed missions.

 

Next time, I played the Level 2 a bit faster and managed to capitalize at least a minute or more and it never exploded since then

 

I dont know was it the thin 10 seconds which makes it explode but now it does not explode WHEN i have enough time for every barrel to push them into the marker!!
