Kex
(Xliveless was made by listener) Xliveless Alternator 2 New version: I made this application for my own personal use and decided to release it. Its my way of Alternating between being able to play online, and having a 100% saved game file (downloaded) which I can mess about with. As requested by LP-Fan, I've released a new version of Xliveless Alternator - Choose where your GTA IV is installed, (can be used to install Xliveless in multiple directories) - Xliveless Alternator creates it's own program files to store the res folder in, and information about your IV install. - Xliveless Alternator will remember where your IV installation is for each time you open the APP. Warning to all Vista/Windows 7 users. Xliveless Alternator 2 accesses your Program Files, this means you will have to run it as an administrator or you'll get permission errors. So make Xliveless Alternator always run as an administrator: If you have any problems, let me know and I'll help Find any bugs, I'll fix em Download Xliveless Alternator 2 Download Xliveless Alternator 2 (Broken Link) Edited November 30, 2010 by Kex
Andrew
It might be worth while asking Listener if you can redistribute the xliveless mod, however if not. Then how about adding an option for people to be able to download the mod and use your tool to enable/disable it as / when needed.

Hey Thanks for your comments I'll PM listener for his permission, thanks for the suggestion. Yeah, the last thing I want to do is cause any copyright awkwardness
LP-Fan
Hi Kex, great idea for this one... I've searched the whole internet for something like that, but nothing found... Your Program is good, but i got some ideas for you to make the program better: 1. Try to make the Paths adjustable... The Program doesn't work for me, because i use the Steam Version of GTAIV... 2. Could you extend the Program with EFLC support? These 2 things should be enough, but a Program can always be extended or upgraded with new features to be more Customizable... Customizable =
