Video Editor 30fps to 25fps issue

Hi..

 

Having played GTA 4 & EFLC a while back I uninstalled them as I felt I'd reached the end of the line and had to wait for GTA 5..

 

It was after veiwing a few videos on YouTube that inspired me to finally use the video editor as I thought It would've been a really basic affair. I do video editing/production as a hobby and found the GTA 4 video editor to be simple but very effective and have rendered scenes and re-rendered them for a multiple camera shot of a scene.

 

Now to my point.

 

Being in the UK the frame rate for broadcast TV/video prodution is 25fps. I think most of the EU uses the same frame rate, yet we're lumped with the 30fps standard from North America which means its 1/6th longer to render videos which we'll need to re-render when piecing them together in another video editing program only to get that slightly ghosting effect where 30 frames are compressed into 25fps.

 

Does anyone have a mod or fix to make GTA 4 or EFLC to render at 25fps?
