Robinski
There is an existing topic, and while it's on the first page still, it got literally no attention so whatever. Any, here's some of the ones I posted in that topic. Jay Z's 99 Problems vs Jimi Hendrix's Voodoo Chile- (Unknown) (Sounds dire from 17s-22s, then gets good) Jay Z's 99 Problems vs Lady Gaga's Alejandro- Noy Alooshe (Really sorry, I don't know the songs)

Jonesizzle
Any fan of rap (Nas or DOOM) should really peep out this mash-up. Just beautiful. Would really like to see a small 'official' collab between these two. Edited March 9, 2011 by DOOM!
Jay
Anyone heard the Grey Album? Danger Mouse mashed up the White Album by the Beatles and the Black Album by Jay-Z. It's pretty impressive. Everything Sauron posted is my bag, but I would add TRV$DJAM to the list, by the late DJ AM with Travis Barker providing a drum track.
Sauron
I was basically posting the major players. I've got a bunch of lesser knowns kicking around as well, if you want any new stuff whatthemashup is worth a look. Haven't gone through all the artists but Get Ferg'd Up and Masharoni and Cheese by DJ Fergie Ferg and Variations on the Sensible Manifold by Deskhop are worth a look. Dirty South Dance 2 by A Trak is p good aswell. I've fooled around with making mash ups a few times, even did a little album although my transitions are pretty horrible. Download link here if you want to check it out.
Tyler
EDIT: Meant to thank you Sauron, had I not listened to those Mashups you posted a while back in Q-13 I'd never have gotten into them. Edited March 12, 2011 by Unoriginal44

Robinski
I was reading some essay about the history of mashups and stuff recently, and it really got me on a mashup kick again. It was really interesting and made heavy use of the Grey Album Jay was on about some posts above. Anyway: David Bowie vs MGMT- Stardust Kids: I swear Kids will be used in mashups for decades to come. The Strokes Vs Christina Aguilera - A Stroke Of Genie-us Britney Spears vs. Dead or Alive vs. Daft Punk feat. Justice - Gimme More Harder Beats I'm pretty sure Daft Punk will go with anything: http://soundcloud.com/rainseeker/daft-punk-vs-lady-gaga If you've got the time (most of his mixes are 10mins+), make sure to check out Jaguar Skills, he's pretty dope. Does a load of these live for club nights too. Here's his Halloween mix JS also did an hour long hiphop mix for Radio 1's 30 years of hip-hop event. I'm sure it'll be available out there somewhere if you're into that sort of thing. Edited April 13, 2011 by Robinski
