13 Division

I)Story:The 13 Divison has been recently established to fight organized crimes on the city streets and is composed of the very best police officers..yeah,in theory!It is led by a waco,a total lunatic,imature,irresponsable character:Dwayne Parrther-young police officer with a very relaxing attitude.Each day,there are cases to solve and are distributed according to which of the officers working for this Division skills and background.(This topic will serve as the ,,main desk,,..in which there will be mission descriptions and the name of the agent assigned to it.

II)Mission types-Cases:There will be cases of theft,murder,kidnapping,informatic fraud,gang activity and violence,illegal transactions,trafficking of all kinds(drugs,weapons,human beings etc.),psycho,hostage situations and all sort of crimes.

-Free Missions:-I”ve been thinking for a long time about this type.It would basically involve setting the goal as a checkpoint near the character,but the purpose would be to explore the city and attend certain events.There could be other characters which will be present there,but no violence will occur.Let me know how to improve this concept!

III)The Officers(Bad guys are revealed as I invent them,while creating missions-,,Cases”):

1)Dwayne Parrther:-young,insecured,never had a gf before,and yet,with a great charisma and decisional power.He is nonetheless a very intelligent fellow,and the one who created this Division.

2)Michael Lai Chang-an officer which likes to dress very good,likes to make good impression on others and is very keen to use a firearm.This guy can solve many Triad-related cases,but also drug dealing and other crimes.

3)Isaak Flawless-nicknamed:,,Bullet”:this guy was raised in the hood,but decided to join forces with the police to fight crime.He still has many friends and connections inside the city gangs and can get every information he wishes to.Otherwise,he is nice,charming,master of words,good at firearms and extremely intelligent.In fact,the police had to fight to get him by the good side,least it would have become an enemy with alot of skill,cunning and intelligence,and that would be hard to oppose

4)Ramon ,,Picasso” Charles:-very talkative,but also extremely violent.He likes to use strong language,and curse a lot,but isn”t very keen on using a gun.

5)agent Claire:A female police officer,former FBI agent,joined in because she hates being told what to do and being underestimated.

6)Sean Pollish:-known as ,,Achilles”-is a computer expert and former hacker.His missions may include:tracking hardware and software components,finding and apprehending people commiting internet fraud or stealing programs,eliminating other hackers,

7)Aaron Bytes:-former Israeli army lieutenant,now emigrating with his family in the US.He found a job at this division as a fitness trainer,gun expert and strategic thinker.He will not be a playable character

8)Jones Shade:-The top sniper in the world,the best of the best.He will be playable,but his missions will be exclusively sniper types and only involve shooting from distance

9)Miss Margaret:-the Division psychologisc and counseilor.Not a playable character.

10)Joseph Bleak:nicknamed ,,Gravedigger”:-is a creepy,weird guy,atracted to the dark side,enjoying hard rock music and dressing in black.However,he is one of the best in handling fire weapons and likes killing the enemies.

11)Chuck Chunk:-the man responsible with providing food and drinks to the other officers.Not a playable character

12)Archie Marts:-the police officer responsible with cashing in tickets,giving badges and weapons to new cops,and with the financial status of the Division.Not a playable character.

13)Max Wolf:-the old police dog,very loved,very old,but still barks when sniffing drugs or someone bad approaching.Not playable.

case 1:(just completed)

Boss:,,Ok,first case of our Division is simple.There is a teen with nothing better to do than steal informatic accounts and making online purchases in other people names.This is internet fraud,and we must apprehend him.Achilles,you”re in!

-Ok,but..isn”t he ddangerrrous..?

-Don”t worry,he isn”t even in a gang!Good luck!

+Info:The 13 Division has only recently been established.Probably the officers,allmost all former thugs and gangsters,had made this option so they won”t end up in jail.The leader,himself a police officer working for the main force,has been tired of being bullied arround because he was soo nerdy.In fact,the Division has to prove its efficience by working with smaller,easier to complete cases first,and only then getting bigger cases.

There are some drugs,which were lost.Ramon must find them!
