LuisBellic
Yeah in the mission it seemed like Johnny didnt wanna kill billy when he was about to execute him. Dominico
TLAD was so easy to complete, unlike Gay Ass Tony Ballad. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/462156-the-end/#findComment-1060192801 Share on other sites

JSizzle
When they were making BOGT, they were too concentrated on adding more stuff into the game than making story connections and other things. They could have done so much more with it, but instead they had to go half-assed on it and left so much potential out of it. They did a better job with TLAD. Magic_Al
I think TLAD was a bit more "build the game around the story" and TBOGT was bit more "build the story around the game". In TLAD, some inconsistencies between cutscenes and missions, and a point in the mission tree where a character is theoretically in two locations at once suggests there were big plans but a lot of cutting when the realities of budget and schedule hit during production. In TBOGT they probably knew more exactly how much content they would create, but then they had to come up with a story that used all the new toys, had the required cross-over points with GTA IV and TLAD, and had a big satisfying ending for the whole era. GTA 360
The whole game was kinda sad to be honest, what with billy going to jail and , you know? win001
Yeah, I have to admit. The Lost was falling apart in the end. Brian in jail, then executed. Oh man. Plus the ending was the best ending of any GTA. Every Picture Tells A Story while Roman's company is on fire was epicly awesome! But TLAD and TBOGT are two different games. TLAD focuses on Liberty Rock Radio and Liberty City Hardcore while TBOGT focuses on K109 The Studio, Vladivostok FM and Electro-choc. ( i mean by songs here in case u didnt know ) Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/462156-the-end/#findComment-1060259459 Share on other sites

Ragered
I much preferred TLAD over TBOGT, i just seemed to identify with johnny much better, infact to me he seems like the most "normal" guy out of all the GTA main characters. The ending wasnt really a shock but it made sense for the remaining brothers to move on and start over, the credits were awesome and the rod stewart song really fit and really summed up the GTA games in general: pictures telling a story. MostOfAll
I thought the ending was sad, too. It was really unexpected, and I didn't watch any videos or read any spoilers before playing the game. I'm glad I stayed away from spoilers! The fact that I already knew the ending of the original game (with Niko Bellic) ruined it for me. Overall, The Lost and Damned was a great game, and it exceeded my expectations of it. I have one question: Did the gang disband at the end or did they decide to still be a gang with the remaining guys? Magic_Al
I have one question:Did the gang disband at the end or did they decide to still be a gang with the remaining guys? The Lost MC has multiple chapters and may be national or international in size, so members are still in the club even if the chapter is ended. They would treat each other as "brothers for life". cidamelo
I LOVED the end!! It was one of the best endings in GTA, if not, the best! Very emotional, even thought I don't like The Lost, I cried in the end!!
