The last OG Loc mission, "House Party" is a 2-part mission, the first is just a cutscene at the Burgershot, and the actual mission takes place at the house in Grove St.-across from your save house. Also, have you used any cheats/trainers? Do you have any mods installed? Is this the Original DVD or a No-DVD crack?.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It usually indicates a mission flow control problem caused by sloppy mods, or more often, a misunderstanding about what is supposed to happen next. Keep playing for a while and see if the blip remains after moving on to the Badlands missions outside of Los Santos. Are you Using a No-CD program or crack? 4. With a Downloaded game that did not come from Direct2Drive or SteamPower.com? 5. Other source? Please specify.
